James Webster

James joined Torchbox early in 2008 after almost nine years with Amazon.co.uk as a senior software development manager. James fulfills a dual role; masterminding internal production, and acting as a technical consultant on large projects.

James brings his experience of building scalable software, large scale system integration, and managing high performing teams. He is a big fan of the Scrum development methodology and Agile development in general.
