A double whammy
Hey, hey, two awards in the last two days, we're chuffed.
First up, the Kings Fund waltzed their way to a gold in Communicate Magazine's Digital Impact Award for their general election digital campaign. We worked closely with them across this campaign including designing and developing the content at the centre of the campaign, the Election Check-Up game, which was a very different piece of content for them. We set out to attract attention from new audiences through new channels, with a new approach and it worked out brilliantly. A great piece of content, well amplified meant that we surpassed the ambitious visitor targets in the run-up to the election. Hitting your targets is so satisfying in this business, and winning awards to boot, that's the icing on the cake*.
And then, last night, WWF UK scooped Best Website in the Third Sector awards for the fundraising site that we redesigned last year. This is a great plaudit for our user experience design team. This was a really thoughtful piece of work and we are really pleased with the results - especially the impact on online donations! The WWF team ran a great project and critically, they have done an amazing job monitoring and tweaking these pages since the new designs went live.
* The same campaign was also highly commended in the Third Sector awards!
