The redevelopment project was completed on time and on budget and the team was enthusiastic and supportive throughout, even helping with our launch party.
The site continues to grow and evolve but Torchbox's initial enthusiasm and professionalism has not waned. New work is very reasonably priced and enquiries and administrative matters handled efficiently.
And the staff are a nice bunch too!

Relationship
In partnership with design agency Raven, Torchbox won the pitch in Autumn 2001 to redevelop the Battersea Dogs Home website.
Mission
To develop a simple yet powerful content management platform for BDH staff to keep the website fresh, entertaining and informative, and allowing quarterly global design refreshes to coincide with the seasons.
Solution
We deployed RationalMedia on a Windows platform, including the RationalMedia shopping module, giving BDH editors the opportunity to work with inventory items as they would any other content type and automating the integration with the cart and secure payments collection.
Work with BDH is ongoing; in addition to the quarterly design overhauls we are currently configuring integration of the website database with BDH's Oracle rehoming database.
