Django Developer
Torchbox is looking for an experienced Django developer to work in building complex and engaging web applications.
You'll be working with us in our ongoing efforts to do great work for clients that make a difference. All of this takes place in a stunning location near Oxford.

We're after someone with all of the following : -
• Strong Python development experience within the Django framework
• Proven experience developing large scale database-driven web applications
• Good knowledge of RDBMS and SQL preferably in a PostgreSQL environment
• Proficiency with Git/Github or other source/version control
And at least some of the following : -
• A preference for iterative development practices
• An interest in the net, new technologies, and a quick grasp of new concepts
• Good javascript and ideally jQuery skills
• Solid, standards compliant html
• Comfort with Linux for application deployment
• Experience with Cloud based rollouts and hosting
• An enthusiam for mobile technologies
