Torchbox awarded IDCS job

Following our successful redevelopment of the National Deaf Children's Society website, Torchbox has been awarded the contract to develop a new site for the recently established International Deaf Children's Society.
Powered by our content management system, RationalMedia, the new IDCS site will launch in early 2004.
We'll also be building an online contact and resource bank that will, we all hope, become an authoritative directory for all things related to deafness and deaf children throughout the world.
