I'm still getting used to my new job title. Having founded Torchbox, I spent the first twenty years running the design side of the business, as well as the business itself as Creative Director and Joint Managing Director.
Today, I focus on two things: helping our People fulfil their potential and our pathway to Net Zero. I am excited about them both.
After two decades of Torchbox, we took the company into employee ownership. We became the first digital agency to become a 100% Employee-Owned Trust. Now, my challenge is to uncover the full potential of this better business model and discover what a financially independent, employee-owned organisation can do for its people and society.
I live in an Oxfordshire village. I'm married with two teenage children (and one 20-year-old!). I'm a frustrated flatlander (craving mountains) and I love sporty, outdoorsy stuff (backcountry skiing, squash, off-road cycling, golf, cricket in that sort of order).
I am a Board Director of Torchbox Ltd and a Founder Trustee Director of Torchbox Trustees Limited.
