Holly Davis
My role is to manage and deliver complex projects whilst also coaching and mentoring the delivery management team. I'm passionate about driving an environment and culture that enables our team to deliver their best work for our clients.
With extensive experience in the Cultural Sector, I’ve delivered projects for the Royal Collection Trust, Southbank Centre and the Imperial War Museums. I've also worked closely with in-house teams at Barnardo's, Imperial War Museums, and the University of Derby supporting and upskilling in-house team members in agile delivery.
I'm the co-founder of Digital Delivery, a Slack channel with other 500 delivery managers, and I also co-founded a meet-up called DOxPM. I have provided extensive mentorship and consultancy to other agencies and delivery managers to help improve the way they deliver.
Outside of work, I love to write, I'm a food critic for Bitten Oxford, and my partner, Rachel, runs a baking business. We have a cocker spaniel dog called Ralphie and we love to explore new walks in the Cotswolds. At the weekend you may spot us driving around in our old VW Beetle with the roof down!
