Ready to get fully immersed in the world of tech for good? As part of our Tech Academy, you’ll work with some of the most talented developers around and receive in-depth training on cutting-edge technologies.

Eager to learn more about search engine optimisation (SEO)? You’ll get to work alongside industry-leading experts and develop your skills in all areas of SEO.

You’ll start by chatting with fellow academy students and Torchboxers over a tasty breakfast from one of our favourite local eateries.
Next, it’s time to plough through a jam-packed agenda
We’ll organise an exciting day of talks, workshops and team-building activities. This is your opportunity to learn more about Torchbox, employee ownership, and our clients.
Our team will introduce themselves and provide an introduction to your chosen career and you'll also be introduced to your mentor. You may be asked to do a short presentation or complete a task. We’ll let you know the full details of this well in advance of the day so you have plenty of time to prepare.
