Work from anywhere

We think people do their best work when they’re in the right environment. Whether that’s our cosy Bristol office, at home on the sofa, a cute little coffee shop or your own home office. If it works for you, that’s good with us.

All of our roles have the option to be fully remote, office-based or a hybrid mix. The choice is yours.

We provide all co-owners with an unlimited personal development budget to use on training, workshops and resources to help them grow.

Feedback is also an important part of our development. We promote a culture of continuous feedback and encourage everyone to frequently share both positive and constructive feedback. We value honest input, because it helps us all grow and improve.

Live more sustainably

As part of our mission to become a truly sustainable business, we want to make it as easy as possible for all of our co-owners to make sustainable lifestyle choices. This includes:
